Family leadership coordinators (FLCs), and family support coordinators (FSCs) should note that written translation requests from DOE schools, offices, and Citywide and Community Education Councils (CECs) may now be submitted through a new Document Translation Request Form (DTRF). The Translation & Interpretation Unit provides free written translation services, intended for the parent population (e.g., flyers, newsletters, parent handbooks, general parent letters) in all DOE-supported languages.

With news on everything from professional development opportunities to citywide parent events and other important dates for families, Parent Coordinator Connections is the best way for PCs to stay up-to-date with what’s going on.
